NEW ALBUM: JACK NEWSOME | ALL DRESSED UP
Singer-songwriter and producer Jack Newsome is 'All Dressed Up' as he releases his first medium-length album under the record label, 12-tone music. His EP consists of seven songs, namely: "All Dressed Up," "Friends," "Hurt People," "Easy on Me," "Arms," "The Year The World Stood Still," and "All Dressed Up (Hot Mix)." Like many artists out there, the 25-year-old singer drew inspiration from his experiences during the pandemic to write more songs and create new music. The 25-year old singer-songwriter explained that he wanted his songs to be mostly upbeat, giving his fans "a little shot of adrenaline" to get them dancing. Newsome was a former member of the Manhattan-based boy band NY5 and the Berlin-based band New District. He then decided to go solo and joined the American songwriting competition show "Songland" on NBC, becoming a finalist in 2019. He has also worked with artists such as Meghan Trainor, Ryan Tedder and Sean Kingston.
