NEW ALBUM: KYLIE MINOGUE | DISCO (EXTENDED MIXES)

Kylie's record-breaking 15th studio album "Disco" was released to widespread acclaim in 2020 and was hailed as "an irresistible tonic to real life." On this album, we're invited to cast our minds back to miss Minogue's very last kitsch pop offering. In 2020, the queen of noughties club-pop released her 'Kylie does disco' record, named simply 'Disco,' and replete with original bangers, from the slick stylings of 'Magic' all the way through the Abba-reminiscent, rolling string work of 'I Love It.' This 2xLP on this latest edition, we're blessed with an extended mix of every - yes, every - track on the album. This edition contains three exclusives from Kylie's collaborators, including Jessie Ware, Years and Years, Dua Lipa, and even Gloria Gaynor. After a good time, all the party-starting DJs out there want to add some double purple gatefold vinyl to their collection to boot. The album came about following the completion of the Golden Tour and her performance at the Glastonbury Festival in 2019. Minogue sought to create a disco-influenced record and enlisted producers such as Sky Adams, Teemu Brunila and Biff Stannard. Minogue herself also gained engineering credits for vocals and synths. In the United States, "Disco" debuted on the Billboard 200 with 19,000 album-equivalent units, 15,000 of which were pure sales, becoming her third highest-charting album in the country after "Fever" in 2002 and "Aphrodite" in 2010.
