Six-time Juno Award winner Serena Ryder has released her ninth studio album titled "The Art Of Falling Apart," which tells a story of her struggles with mental health and journey to wellness. Written and recorded over just 10 days, with each song recorded the day it was written, "The Art of Falling Apart" will highlight Ryder’s creative process alongside the raw vulnerability that comes with sharing stories of mental health recovery. Ryder has worked with a variety of initiatives throughout the years, including Bell Let’s Talk, Unison Benevolent Fund, and in 2018 won the Margaret Trudeau Mental Health Advocacy Award.

The album’s first single, “Candy,” a slow-burning rock number, and her latest single, "Better Now," is about learning about how to live in uncomfortable moments. The album was written and recorded in Nashville by Ryder, Simon Wilcox, Gordie Sampson, and Tawgs Salter, with mixing by Joe Zook.
