Originally recorded in 2017 to raise funds for the Free the Wild foundation, but after a live gala performance, its release never materialized. Today, Cher makes a surprise return to music with that 2017 song titled "Walls," which was co-written by the star’s frequent collaborator Mark Taylor. The track will coincide with her recent TV documentary ‘Cher & The Loneliest Elephant,’ in which she travels to Islamabad, Pakistan, to oversee Kavaan’s transfer to a sanctuary in Cambodia. There has been no confirmation of whether the track is a standalone release or intended to be part of an upcoming project. It’s been three years since the diva released "Dancing Queen," her album of ABBA cover versions, off the back of her starring role in "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’."
