NEW MUSIC: CHLOE | TREAT ME

Singer-songwriter Chloe Bailey, aka Chlöe, released a new song, “Treat Me,” with an accompanying music video. The song samples Bubba Sparxxx's 2005 hit “Ms. New Booty” with the Ying Yang Twins and serves as her second solo single, following Have Mercy, released last September. Among those also contributing to the latest video from Chlöe are Parkwood Entertainment’s Andrew Makadsi, director of photography Xiaolong Liu, producer Christopher Lopez, and production company Object & Animal. Justin Benoliel, Amanda Leya Andrews, and Jill Kaplan are credited as executive producers. The track itself, meanwhile, is produced by Oak. The stacked-with-cameos “Have Mercy” video arrived back in September and featured direction from Karena Evans, whose previous credits include multiple Drake hits, including “God’s Plan” and “In My Feelings.” In November, Chlöe brought “Have Mercy” to life with a memorable American Music Awards performance. In August 2021, Chlöe, during an interview with Billboard, announced that her highly anticipated album is “90% done.” And when asked about her biggest aspirations for her record, she declared, "Of course, I wanna get some hits with this project. That’s always a fun thing. But I just wanna have fun and let people get to see the real me.” More recently, Chlöe fans were treated with the special Valentine’s Day-timed release of the official video for the Gunna collab “You & Me.” The singer also pops up on Fivio Foreign’s just-released "B.I.B.L.E." album, joining KayCyy on the track “Hello.”
