NEW MUSIC: DMX | “X MOVES (FEAT. BOOTSY COLLINS, STEVE HOWE & IAN PAICE)”

The news broke that the tragic death of rapper DMX, age 50, died suffering a cardiac arrest as per his family. Now, ‘X Moves,’ a new DMX track featuring Bootsy Collins and Deep Purple‘s Ian Paice, has been released. At this point, it's unclear if the song will be part of a larger project, but DMX had been teasing a new album in the months leading up to his death. Cleopatra Records founder Brian Perera, who co-produced the track, said in a statement that was issued before the rapper’s death: “As ‘X Moves’ shows, he is still one of the most innovative and original hip-hop artists around. Our hearts go out to all of DMX’s family, friends and supporters.”
