NEW MUSIC: FLO RIDA | WAIT

Flo Rida continues to flourish in the pop stratosphere. Today, the genre-bending talent unveils his latest single, “Wait,” which features some sock hop-era production from Johnny Goldstein and sees Flo Rida rapping about getting lost in a special someone. “Wait” directly follows Flo Rida‘s June release “Summer’s Not Ready” with INNA and Timmy Trumpet — the past few years have also spawned equally catchy singles like “Hello Friday” with Jason Derulo, “Zillionaire,” “Hola” with Maluma, “Dancer,” “Sweet Sensation,” “In My Mind, Part 3” with Georgi Kay, and “Snack” with E-40 and Sage the Gemini. 2015 saw his last body of work, the top 20 EP "My House" — his previous official LP, 2012’s "Wild Ones." Recently, Flo Rida found himself amid dating rumours regarding his New York mate Ashanti, whom he’d been spotted on vacation with (amongst many others). Ashanti cleared everything up during a sit-down with REVOLT’s “The Breakfast Club." “I got a crew of girls and my family; Flo got his crew and his family. We’ve been going to each other’s birthday parties for like ten years, so I don’t know why it’s such a surprise now. It’s just … he’s a good vibe, and our teams are so cool. And he likes to have fun, and family, and celebrate. I promise you it has never been anything remotely close to that. It’s all family.”
