NEW MUSIC: JIMMY JAM & TERRY LEWIS | SOMEWHAT LOVED (FEAT. MARIAH CAREY)

Mariah Carey has reunited with iconic production duo Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis on their new track "Somewhat Loved (There You Go Breakin' My Heart). The diva previously worked with the pair, best known for their stellar run with Janet Jackson throughout the ’80s and ’90s, on her ‘Rainbow’ and ‘Glitter’ albums. The song is called “Somewhat Loved” and will be featured on the duo’s upcoming album “Volume 1”. This yet another collaboration among these artists, which also includes the #1 hit single “Thank God I Found You Announcing the collaboration on Twitter, they wrote: “When we started Jam & Lewis Volume 1 w,e put a wishlist together of all our favourite artists. The chance to reunite with our friend and fellow Songwriters Hall Of Fame partner Mariah was wishlist fulfillment at its finest.” Mariah released her 15th studio album ‘Caution’ in 2018, and, according to the star, work is well underway on the follow-up, which she recently teased during a chat with fans on Twitter’s new Spaces feature. Ahead of their compilation, the pair previously released “He Don’t Know Nothin’ Bout It,” featuring Babyface, and “Til I Found You,” with Sounds of Blackness and Ann Nesby, Big Jim Wright and Lauren Evans.
