NEW MUSIC: KYLIE MINOGUE | MARRY THE NIGHT (FROM BORN THIS WAY REIMAGINED)

Kylie Minogue has covered Lady Gaga’s “Marry the Night” for the forthcoming 10th-anniversary reissue of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way." Minogue, a long-time LGBTQIA+ advocate, will take her place on the reimagined album due out on June 25th via Interscope alongside the other two artists who've been uncovered so far, Big Freedia ("Judas") and masked country singer Orville Peck ("Born This Way The Country Road Version)." With three more covers on the way, reimagined versions of “Highway Unicorn (Road To Love),” “Yoü and I,” and “The Edge of Glory” are still to come. In addition to the six new cover versions of songs by artists representing and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community, the collection will also feature the original 14-track landmark album in full. The City of West Hollywood recently marked the album’s anniversary by naming May 23 as “Born This Way Day” and giving Lady Gaga a key to the city. Lady Gaga’s latest album, last year’s "Chromatica," is also getting a re-release in the form of a yellow Record Store Day edition that’s out on June 12.
