NEW MUSIC: L DEVINE | DIE ON THE DANCEFLOOR

British singer-songwriter Olivia Rebecca Devine, better known as L Devine, premiered her new song, "Die On The Dancefloor," and a music video. The song is included on her new EP "Near Life Experience Part Two," which comprises of 5-tracks and is the sequel to a previous EP, "Near Life Experience Part One," released in July. "Die On The Dancefloor" hits particularly close to home, arriving at a time when concerts and festivals are finally making their return. And as L Devine calmly utters the words "I want to die on the dancefloor / Dripping in glitter and sweat" against an array of rapturous production, it's difficult not to get swept up in what feels like a once-a-lifetime moment of euphoria. L Devine shared on social media, “This song is a celebration of life and the freedom I feel on the middle of a dancefloor” She told Clara Amfo, “You've hit the nail on the head, totally. I love it, I just think I like the way that it totally romanticizes like the dirtiest night out ever like, isn't it, it's just making poetry and magic out of a proper gnarly night out like train is in the cloud, I would stick to the floor.” L Devine is just the sort of pop star we need right now, one who can serve as our escape from the mundanity of a nine-to-five and hold our hand as we come down from it all.
