Released in 1989 as the second single from Madonna's fourth studio album, ‘Like a Prayer’ and, ahead of its anniversary on Sunday, May 9, The Queen of Pop has shared the original five-track maxi-single. The release kicks off with the 7″ Remix of "Express Yourself" and contains a Remix/Edit of the tune. Three further remixes appear; the Non-Stop Express Mix, Local Mix and 11 minutes Stop & Go Dubs. "Express Yourself" was a UK and US Top 5 hit for Madonna – the second of three from the hit album, alongside Like a Prayer and Cherish. She most recently dropped her 2001 single "What It Feels Like For a Girl" from the 2000 album "Music," along with many original remixes. Additionally, Madonna has been working on a biopic based on her life and career; however, the project recently appeared to grind to a halt when collaborator Diablo Cody reportedly quit after encountering difficulties working with the star.
