Singer-songwriter MAX teamed up with Canadian singer-songwriter Ali Gatie to release a new song “Butterflies" which marks the first collaboration between MAX and Ali Gatie. The track was written by Maxwell Schneider, Ali Gatie, Johnny Simpson, Jake Torrey and Tia Scola. It also comes with the accompanying music video that was directed by Andy DeLuca, Sarah Eiseman and MAX, starring MAX, Ali Gatie, MAX's wife Emily Schneider, MAX's daughter Edie Celine, Skye Ferrero and Brooke Castillo. In the past, Emily Schneider also appeared on the music video for MAX's smash hit “Lights Down Low”, which was released in 2016. Max got his start after he signed to Arista and Sony RED. In 2018, MAX's single "Lights Down Low" went double platinum in the US,[2] Platinum in Canada. This led to MAX being named an iHeart 2019 'Best New Pop Artist' nominee, and, in 2020, his single "Love Me Less" went Gold in the US and Canada. The song will appear on his upcoming third studio album. which will be a follow-up to his album "Colour Vision" released in September 2020.
