A newly leaked track from Astoria, Queens-born singer, songwriter Melanie Martinez has made its way online. The song titled "Tunnel Vision" is rumoured to be from her upcoming third album and film, which she is currently working on, but no set release date has been announced. Although Martinez doesn’t rush releases, there have been a few years between albums thus far because she cannot compromise her artistic vision. Hopefully, this upcoming new album will get more songs similar to the style of her album "Crybaby" as her last album, "K-12," lacked. The producers behind the tracks on "K-12" were produced entirely by Michael Keenan (except for Drama Club). At the same time, "CryBaby" was a mix of producers, including Kinetics & One Love, who produced Drama Club. As a result, the overall sound is different between the two albums. Martinez rose to prominence in 2012 after appearing on the American television vocal talent show "The Voice." Following the show, she released her debut single "Dollhouse," followed by her debut EP of the same name in 2014 through Atlantic Records.
