Nicki Minaj dropped her fourth song in less than two months with the fiery new track “We Go Up,” with assistance from Fivio Foreign. Nicki Minaj released her latest album, "Queen," in 2018. and now, on April 8, Fivio Foreign will release his new album "B.I.B.L.E," executive produced by Kanye West. The new track is an adrenaline rush from start to finish, with the 39-year-old rap queen spitting both fast and slow over an eerie, reverberant vocal sample. The surprise track comes a week after she hopped on “Blick Black” by Coi Leray last week. Before then, she released two tracks with Lil Baby: “Do We Have a Problem?” and “Bussin.” Minaj has shared that she’s working on her follow-up to 2018’s "Queen." She re-released her iconic "Beam Me Up Scotty" mixtape last year. Meanwhile, the hip-hop superstar was announced as one of the headliners for the UK’s Wireless Festival in February. She will be joined by the likes of J. Cole, SZA, A$AP Rocky, Summer Walker, Playboi Carti, and more at the event, which will be held in both London and Birmingham this July. Before Minaj made her comeback earlier this year, the rapper gave fans at the LA Clippers game at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena a sneak preview of “Do We Have. A Problem?” She also performed her Diamond-certified single “Super Bass” at the event and was given her personalized jersey by the team. Later, she also stopped by "The Late Late Show with James Corden" to talk about the track. “I get nervous every single time,” she said of her feelings before releasing new music. “Because you want people to like what you do – we wouldn’t be doing it if we didn’t want approval from our fans.”
