OneRepublic released its new song “Sunshine” in conjunction with the film “Clifford the Big Red Dog,” which the single will be part of as a soundtrack. The music, which was unexpectedly announced a few hours earlier, is super lively and danceable, keeping with the feature's family comedy vibe. He talks about a girl who gets a little red dog from a magician, and love makes him grow, making him a giant and clumsy animal. “Someday” is the latest single from OneRepublic's new album “Human,” which was released in August, after five years of the beautiful “Oh My My.” Recently, the group also released the backstage of the clip, showing the beautiful location where it was recorded. "Clifford the Big Red Dog" was initially scheduled to premiere at the 2021 Toronto International Film Festival in September 2021, to be followed by a theatrical release in the United States on September 17 after being delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic by Paramount Pictures, but was ultimately pulled from the festival and had its release date removed from Paramount's schedule due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant. The film was eventually simultaneously released theatrically and digitally on Paramount+ on November 10, 2021, in the United States. The film is based on the children's book series of “Clifford the Big Red Dog” by Norman Bridwell and directed by Walt Becker, starring Jack Whitehall, Darby Camp, Tony Hale, Sienna Guillory, Russell Wong and John Cleese.
