NEW MUSIC: SELIN | GIVE AND TAKE

Selin (Selin Gecit) who draws attention with her strong voice and talent released the English version of "Gidip Gel", this time "Give and Take," with the Warner Music label. Selin, who had a remarkable break with the song "Gidip Gel" last year, proves how successful she is with “Give And Take,” the acoustically recorded version of this song in English. While describing her inspirations in an interview with Selin, she said: “Amy Winehouse's use of music and her voice triggered my interest in jazz. Even if you don't hear jazz in its pure form in my music, it definitely shows its effect because it is in my DNA. My father grew up a staunch Pink Floydist. I even have a video shot in a stroller when I was three months old. My father plays Pink Floyd's IF song on the CD, and I listen in silence. Then, over the years, while I was listening to Pink Floyd at home again, my ears were full, and their story approach to songwriting could be the source of my storytelling in songwriting today.” Selin is an incredibly versatile songwriter with a captivating voice. Together with London-based producer, Dustin Dooley, she is now finishing up her electrifying debut EP, which has already received high praise from established artists and producers.
