British singer-songwriter Will Young has released his version of London Grammar’s "Strong" as the latest single from his new album. The singer will release "Crying on the Bathroom" Floor’ on August 6 and shared a final taste from the project; his upcoming 10 track LP is the star’s second collaboration with Richard X, who produced ‘Lexicon’ and the hit single "All The Songs." Speaking about the project, Will says: “I’ve always enjoyed singing other people’s songs. There is a liberation to it. It’s how I feel when I approach a script. I have reverence for the piece of art and the artist who created it. “After 18 years of recording and performing a lot of original material, I loved the idea of creating an album that celebrates some of the modern female artists I so admire in pop.” After winning the 2002 inaugural series of the ITV talent contest "Pop Idol," the singer came to prominence, making him the first winner of the worldwide Idol franchise. His double A-sided debut single "Anything Is Possible" / "Evergreen" was released two weeks after the show's finale and became the fastest-selling debut single in the UK. "Crying on the Bathroom Floor" is due August 6, 2021.
